Got my X1 triple play installed today. Tech leaves. Calls me back telling me that I have an Egress problem that the home office said he has to fix. He has to install some terminators on the unity gain amp he installed. At the end of the day he shows up with these four things that don't really look like terminators to me. Are they terminators? I can't even remove them to look at them more closely, they don't want to come off, they spin but don't thread off.
They look like outside connectors that he just threw on there because he had no terminators in his truck or something.
The hex-one to the far left was installed by me when I saw that he had not installed one there. After the pic was taken I pulled out the extra 2 way split he had in there just before then amp and the plugged the modem into the VOIP output of the amp.
