Every night between 10 PM and 11:30 PM the signal drops, usually resulting in an unwatchable picture and sometimes causing the cable box to act confused.
I doubt Comcast support will address this, every time we've had a tech come out for anything if the signal is good while they are there, they say there is no problem and leave.
