[HD] Limited Basic and HD Channels

Yesterday I downgraded my service from Digital Economy (no HD included) to Limited Basic. In the FAQ it says the following regarding Limited Basic and HD channels: More about HD DTAs In 2013 Comcast, began to offer an HD capable version of a DTA for Limited Basic subscribers who would like access to the HD versions of their channels. It costs the same $1.99/month. Like the standard definition version, it is a simple small black box, in addition to an RF coaxial output (for legacy TVs), it features an HDMI connection. For Limited Basic users there are no other fees. For those on higher-up plans it will require the addition of the HD Technology fee ($9.95) if it is not already on your account. When I check my channel line up online (http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings?cmpid=my_account#filters=my-channels), it confirms the limited basic HD channels are included as those channels in the 700s are shown (they were not shown before when I had Digital Economy with no HD). However when I checked my HD DTA, those HD channels are not available. So while their system was able to almost instantaneously alter my plan after I hung up from the call (Digital Economy channels were no longer available on my TVs + my online profile immediately reflected my new Basic plan), it appears some type of manual intervention in their system is need to flip on the switch for the Limited Basic HD channels. Can someone tell me what I need to specifically ask them for as I can imagine I'll be going in circles with customer support. I'm sure they'll tell me I need to pay $10 more for the HD tech fee on Limited Basic.
