Yesterday I signed up online for Comcast Internet pro plus with HBO. After not receiving my follow up confirmation email or phone call, I called customer service sales - who had no record of the order - and then told me there would be an additional 9.95/month 'HD fee'. What is this and why am I now being charged it - especially when my channel lineup shows HD channels and there was no mention of it when I ordered online? Also, I was just told that after a year my rate would go up 25 dollars per month, when the web site says only 20.00. What gives there? Am I being shuck and jived? I've been with Comcast not even a day and I'm already suspicious of them.
