[Video] Zooming on its own

Whenever watching SNY HD (Go Mets) on my X1 box, the picture will randomly go black for a split second, as if losing the signal, then come back zoomed in, losing a third of the picture. I can press Exit to restore it to normal size. This is also causing recording problems. It has not happened on any other channels. Very annoying. It happens every 5-15 minutes. Rebooting doesn't help.,
