Trying to use the new Xfinity Stream TV app to watch DVR'd recordings on both my phone and tablet I am repeatedly confronted with a blank screen with " Content Issue :: 8001 We're sorry, but we're not able to access this video stream. Please try another channel or program"
Some of what I'm supposed to be able to watch I can, at random times, with random recordings, even for a show I am able to watch on TV. I can watch a DVR'd recording on my TV but don't try to continue watching it on a tablet or phone.
This is supposedly one of the new "bennies' that Comcast is supposedly providing (and we are paying more for). SO... where's the service? According to comcast forums in multiple locations, this has been going on for six months with no apparent attempt to fix it
