Just set up a new Tivo Roamio Plus with a M-Card from Comcast.
Getting all my channels except select premiums like HBO & Encore.
I called Comcast, they sent reset signal twice but no luck. Tech couldn't figure out what to do so she escalated it.
Any tips I can give the Level 1 tech instead of waiting for them to call me back for a day or whatever?
All other Comcast boxes in house working fine.
