1. They had to use cell phone number for activation, not main account number, hopefully no impact.
2. How to get the DVR seen on the website. Still shows the old one, trying chat to solve, or is it just a give it time.
* * * Solved via chat with Comcast support after Cable TV folks transferred me to web MyDVR folks.
3. I have an MX-850 Universal remote control that won't work and the Comcast X2 remote won't work with the box in a cabinet.
2 big improvements:

1. Picture quality much better.
2. Turned on surround sound in x1 (from Stereo) and my Surround Sound System works much better, a richer, more spread out sound.
