I see that premium channels can be turned on(subscribed to) via the Comcast website in the Manage Channels section of the Account section. Does activating a premium channel in this manner incur any service charge? And can the channel be unsubscribed the same way or does that require contacting Comcast? And does unsubscribing incur a service charge?
