I am a customer who originally left Comcast a number of years ago because of their extremely poor customer service and questionable quality of internet. I have recently decided to give them another chance, and made the call to return as a customer.
Since that time (which has only been three weeks) I have had 3 scheduled appointments go by with no show from Comcast; 3 visits from techs who have all left the job unfinished; spoke with countless reps on the phone who did nothing but give me meaningless reference number; (I say meaningless because the next person wouldnt know what I was talking about
no such reference number); and have been treated rudely by everyone I have talked to including a Miss Laramee (cashier number LHQ) who was after I explained whats all happened told me well, thats just your opinion. When I asked if I could discuss this with Her supervisor, I was told there is no one, just me. Shouldnt it be the customers opinion that counts????? Please explain to me HOW Comcast has changed? I dont see it at all!
By the way; through all this I was offered four $20 credits and twice they said I would get a premium channel free for three months. I was only ever given two $20 credits. Just more lies! Comcast should be embarrassed.
