I was hoping you might be able to help me. I subscribe to Comcast's limited basic TV service with a DTA hooked up to my HDTV along with Performance HSI as a Double Play. Starting in January, ABC Network required anyone that wanted to watch the latest episodes of ABC's shows to sign in with their Comcast username and password. I figured since I get channel 7 (ABC) as part of my Comcast service anyway. I can also watch the latest episodes using "xfinitytv.comcast.net" To my dismay, when I signed in to watchabc.com on my computer, it said that "this network is not part of your subscription". I have been on the phone with Comcast and they said that it is not their fault (surprise surprise) since I can use xfinitytv.comcast.net fine.
Does anyone else have this issue with Limited Basic service, and if so, how did you fix it? Any advice you can offer will be much appreciated, as I am starting to get quite frustrated with Comcast and ABC each telling me it's the other's fault.
